Each Christmas break, students involved with the Phase 2 campus ministry travel to the island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas to do building projects and to host baseball and arts and crafts camps for the youth on the island, as well as taking down much needed baseball equipment to give out.   While many people think ofbig beautiful resorts when they think of the Bahamas, none of these exist in Eleuthera. Eleuthera has a population of around 12,000 people and while it is beautiful, many of the people live in poverty by American standards.  Each morning we will work be doing some type of building project.  In the past we have help build a health clinic, a church, and a home for a very needy family.  Each afternoon we will be using baseball and arts and crafts to build relationships with the kids on the island, while sharing about Christ and giving the kids role models to look up to.  The cost of the trip is $1000/person and includes travel, lodging and meals.  This trip will only be made possible through the generous support of individuals, churches. and businesses.  Please pray and see if the Lord leads you to partner with us in taking the gospel to the islandof Eleuthera.  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.  All donations are 100% tax deductible.  To donate please click the link below:
